This program will allow you to understand the mechanisms that lead to peak performance so that you can replicate it when you and your team set new goals because if you or your people don’t operate at your acme then you are leaving money on the table.

⦿ The internal workings of the mind and how to leverage internal processes and strategies to meet goals.

⦿ A comprehensive understanding of values, hierarchy and spiral dynamics to improve communication and leadership.

⦿ Advanced techniques in reframing, negotiation and conflict resolution.

COURSE DETAILS:
Code: MOG

Length: 1 day plus 12 monthly 4-hour sessions
Prerequisites: Must be members of Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
Mandatory: 2ppl/company – CEO plus at least one other member of ELT (more are encouraged)
Cost: $12,000 USD pp, for first 3 people. Each additional person is discounted 10% on a sliding scale.
